(1) 구균(coccus)
-Miniciccus(단구균)-Diplococcus (쌍구균): Diplococcus pneumoniae
-Tetracoccus (사련구균): Pediococcus halophilus
-Sarcinacoccus (팔련구균): Sarcina flava
-Streptococcus (연쇄상구균): Streptococcus lactis
-Staphylococcus (포도상구균): Staphylococcus aureus
(2) 간균 (bacillus)
- 단간균(shirt rod): Escherichia coli, Brevibacterium속- 장간균(long rod): Lactobacillus bulgaricus 길이가 폭의 2배 이상.
- 각형: Bacillus anthrasis
- 예각: 초산균
- Coryne형: 세포가 V.Y.L자 모양으로 연결
- 가component기: Sphaerotilus → 균초에 싸여 있음
- 방추형: Clostridium속
- 주걱형: Clostridium속 C. tetani
(3) 나선균(spirillum)
-Comms type 의 Vibrio 만곡형-Spirillum: S자형 선회형
-Spirochaete: spirosoma : 파상형
-Treponema: 심한만곡
-Leptospira: coil 모양
