1. 접합형 transistor(Bipolar junction transistor ; BJT)란
- 바이폴라 transistor(Bipolar transistor 또는 Bipolar junction transistor ; BJT)는 접합형 transistor라고도 불리는 transistor의 일종이다. n-형과 p-형 반도체, 그리고 이들의 접합(接合) 형성과 이용이 개발되었다.스위치란 결국 전류를 흐르게 하는냐, 흐리지 못하게 하는냐 이다.
2. 접합형 transistor(Bipolar junction transistor ; BJT)history(역사)
- 접합형 transistor는 1947년 Bell 연구소에서 존 바딘, 월터 브래튼 그리고 윌리엄 쇼클리에 의해 발명되었다.
